1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect book.
- The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery.
- The product is unused and in its original condition (except in case of damage during transit).
📌 Please note: Minor printing variations or slight color differences do not qualify as defects.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- E-books / digital downloads
- Books purchased under sale / discount / clearance
- Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear
- Requests made after the return window
3. Return Request Process
To request a return, please email us at:

Include the following details:
- Order ID
- Book title(s)
- Reason for return
- Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect item (mandatory)
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
4. Return Approval & Shipping
- If approved, return instructions will be shared via email.
- Customers may be required to ship the product back unless otherwise stated.
- Return shipping costs will be borne by IndicQuest only if the return is due to our error (damaged or wrong item sent).
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake
6. Replacement Option
Where stock is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, based on customer preference.
7. Cancellation Policy
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
After Dispatch
- Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.
8. Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank or payment provider first
- Contact your bank or card issuer
